Business Development Manager
South East Queensland
We are currently seeking a proactive, charismatic and dynamic individuals to grow our property management portfolio throughout our 22 locations. We want to you to treat this business as if it is your own by taking full accountability for its growth and success. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have fantastic customer service skills.
Fundamental responsibilities of this position:
Driving sales: Identifying and implementing sales opportunities and strategies to manage the growth of the business
Networking: Establishing a network of property managers, real estate agents and housing associations for the purpose of brand recognition and immediate / future sales
Time management: efficient time management skills to maximize contact with potential customers
Customer service: Providing the very best customer service skills to ensure repeat business and a positive public image
Communication skills: Effective and timely communication with all key stake holders to build raport and reduce miscommunication
Required skills and experience
· Proven ability to towards and consistently meet KPI’s
· Must have a current Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
· Extraordinary work ethic and desire to succeed in this role
· Previous experience in a sales role is seen favourably but is not essential
Remuneration and Resources that will made available to you
· Performance base salary of $60-80 K + super
· Additional uncapped bonus structure- 1/2 weeks rent of every new management let
· Full training provided
· Company mobile and laptop will be provided
